How do I contact an Admin/Report a player?

The fastest and easiest way to contact Admin Support is by making a ticket in our Discord. You can do so by following this link, or by clicking on the #Admin_Support channel in our Discord.
How do I verify?

Do /Discord token in any of our servers and you will be given a code. If you play on the One Grid 5x Server, message the code that you were given to the bot named [5x] Verify 1 Grid You can find the bot in the top right of the Discord user list (See image below) If you play on the One Grid 3x Server, message the code that you were given to the bot named [3x] Verify 1 Grid You can find the bot in the top right of the Discord user list (See image below)
Where can I find the rules?

You can find all of our rules on our Discord, which can be found here. Some Olympus Servers have different rules than others, so be sure to fully read and understand all of our rules.
Why aren't I allowed to roofcamp?

On all of the Olympus One Grid Servers, roofcamping is prohibited. The only exception to the rule is while defending your base from a raid, or to protect Attack Heli loot. We do not allow players to roofcamp in any other circumstance, even when being doorcamped. The reasoning for this is that players would use it as a loophole to roofcamp anyone near their door, even if they arent really doorcamping them.
How do I gift a package to another player?

To gift a package, click "Gift this package" and enter the SteamID64 of the player you would like to buy it for. To find their Steam64ID, you can visit https://steamid.io/, or make a ticket in our Discord and we will gladly help you find their current ID. Dont worry, if you buy it for the wrong person, or mess up their ID, we will fix it asap at no charge to you.
I just got banned, what now?"

If you have been banned from Olympus Servers, it will tell you how long you are banned for and why you were banned in the ban message. If you would like to appeal your ban, or if you think you were wrongly banned, you can make a ban appeal here. Be sure to properly fill out the ban appeal form!
